WHAT:

Professional, accurate and timely endurance injury advice without having to wait to see your physician.*

WHY:

Most endurance athletes have “glitches” in their training. These “glitches” are simple and commonly occurring overuse injuries that can be quickly and easily managed by the athlete themselves. The average wait to see your physician is probably 1-2 weeks. What if your event is in 1-2 weeks? What if your event is in 2-6 weeks and you want to keep training to maintain your fitness and sanity? The answer is simple, you come to The Injury Guy.
As a driven endurance athlete I understand whattaking time off from training can do to one’s fitness level, mental status and overall performance. As a medical professional, I recognize the signs and symptoms of common overuse injuries that can be easily managed by any athlete. I also understand that if I cannot help you and/or if I feel you need further medical care, I will refer you.

The process is a simple four step procedure. Click HERE to find out how I can help you today.
